JAMMU, Jan 20: The final of the 2nd Stay Fit League Cricket Tournament organised by the Reserve Bank Sports and Cultural Club, at sports fields of RBI Residential campus, here will be played on January 26.
Teams reaching the final are Team-A led by Ishfaq Ahmed and Team-E led by M K Sharma. Earlier, five teams played in the league round and Team A emerged topper winning all the four matches while Team-E won three out of their four outings.
“The final shall be followed by the valedictory function of the sports and cultural meets of the RBI Regional Office Jammu on January 26. The closing day shall also witness Athletics meet with staff members and their families taking part in different field and track events on the Residential Campus itself,” secretary of the Reserve Bank Sports and Cultural Club Jammu, Gurvinder Singh said.
The RBI Regional Office Jammu Sports and Cultural Club is led by Regional Director as ex-officio president while, Dheeraj Arora is working as president. Shehnaz Ahmed is assistant secretary and Pallavi is treasurer. Other executive members are Lalit Kumar, Ishfaq Ahmed Deepika Sharma, Rishav Salgotra, Gagandeep Singh and Prem Nath.
