Divisional Level Inter-District U-19 Boys Cricket Tourney

JAMMU, Sept 13: The Districts of Reasi, Jammu, Ramban and Poonch registered victories over their rivals in the ongoing Inter-District Divisional Level Under-19 Boys Cricket Tournament, being organised by the Department of Youth Services & Sports District Jammu at Mini Stadium Parade here.
The Tournament is being organised under the patronage of Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director General, Youth Services & Sports J&K, Srinagar and under the Chairmanship of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu, while Sukhdev Raj Sharma, District Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu is the Organising Secretary of the Tournament.
In all, 10 Districts of Jammu Division are taking part in the Tournament.
District Reasi defeated District Kathua by 21 runs, District Ramban got the better of District Doda by 4 wickets, District Jammu outplayed District Rajouri by 128 runs and District Poonch defeated District Samba by 13 runs.
The panel of experts observing and officiating the matches include Zonal Physical Education Officer, Anju Gupta (Convener), Mohd Farooq, Jagtar Singh, Sadiq Hussain Malik, Suresh Singh, Madan Mohan, Mukesh Sharma, Payal Choudhary, Satika Pangotra, Vikram Dogra, Umesh and Meenu.
