Recruit unemployed Dental Surgeons: AAP

JAMMU, Jan 6: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has highlighted the problems of unemployed Dental Surgeons of J&K.
In a press conference here today Ravi Shastri, Core Committee member AAP Jammu province and S. Harpreet Singh, Incharge, IT Cell J&K called it unfortunate that for the last 14 years no Dental Surgeon has been recruited in J&K despite the fact that unemployed dental surgeons are protesting for their recruitment for the last some years.
The AAP leaders claimed that the government advertised post of other streams like MBBS, BAMS and BHMS but there has been no advertisement for dental surgeons.
They demanded that all the unemployed dental surgeons should be absorbed through JKPSC and other centrally sponsored schemes.
The AAP leaders also demanded framing of a regular policy for recruitment of Dental Surgeons every year and constitution of a separate Directorate of Dentistry and one time age relaxation for overage candidates.
AAP leader, Ravi Shastri, assured the protesting dental surgeons that they will fight for their cause till the goal is achieved.
Dr. Rahul, president DSA-JK; Dr. Vasu and Dr. Aman, joint secretaries; Dr. Pallavi, spokesperson; Dr. Dimple, coordinator and others were also present on the occasion.
