JAMMU, Aug 24: Channi Himmat Residents Association held a meeting which was presided over by its President Advocate VK Grover.
In the meeting, the participants demanded regular power supply to their area.
While speaking, Grover said that despite so many assurances, the power scenario in Channi Himmat is miserable.
“There has been lot of misuse of funds in lying down of cables in this area which needs to be investigated by Crime Branch” he added.
President said that power supply is being subjected to numerous unscheduled cuts resulting into damage of electronic gadgets.
He appealed to the Lt Governor to intervene into the matter and get the same investigated.
