It is indeed a noble gesture on part of the Government to provide reservation to people with autism, mental illness and intellectual disability as well as victims of acid attack.
The acid attack victims really need all kind of help for they have become victims of people with criminal mentality and are not born with such disability. Acid attack is one of the most heinous crimes against women. It not only just inflicts physical injuries but also destroys the victims’ entire life, leaving scars on the body and mind of the victim. Those who survive this brutal attack need lot of money for treatment which generally remains beyond their reach. Though some NGOs help them to overcome crisis but they need lifelong financial independence which can be guaranteed only through Government job. The Government deserves appreciation for providing them jobs.
