SAMBA, Mar 10: The residents of villages Kesso and Kamore held protest against Power Development Department (PDD).
Large number of people residing in village Kesso and Kamore assembled at Grid Station Kamore and held protest against PDD.
While speaking, Ex-Sarpanch, Legwal Panchayat Prem Paul alias Palla said that the electric transformer installed in the vicinity of village Kamore got damaged and PDD joined the temporary line with Vijaypur. Due to joining of the temporary line, voltage is very low in their area, he added.
After getting information, SHO Ramgarh reached the spot and assured the protestors to take up their legitimate demand with the concerned department for early redressal.
On the assurance, the protestors dispersed.
