JAMMU, Apr 27: Association of Industries (AoI) Gangyal has expressed satisfaction over the issuance order No 74-Ind of 2015, dated 24-4-2015, related to `ease of doing business’ and simplification of the procedure for setting up and facilitating industry in the State.
In a meeting of the Association held here today under the chairmanship of its president Rajesh Jain, the members appreciated the decision of the Minister for Industries and Commerce Chander Parkash Ganga, Chief secretary Mohd Iqbal Khandey and Financial Commissioner Industries and Commerce, Khursheed Ahmed Ganai, for taking keen interest in the issues related to the industrialists.
The Association members hoped that the concerned officials shall implement this order in letter and spirit. They said if the order was implemented in true sense, the entrepreneurs would get relief of running from one table to the other to get their job done. The members also requested the Principal Secretary Finance Department to issue necessary instructions to Lakhanpur Check Post that the entrepreneurs may not be able to import the spares and consumables, additional machinery and equipments and export for the repair of machinery and selling of scrapes under self-certification as per the said Govt order.
The Association further hoped that the Industries Minister shall take personal interest in resolving the pending issues of the industrialists.
