JAMMU, May 28: Bahu Fort Police booked a retired Executive Engineer (X-En) for not getting the police verification of his tenant done.
As per police sources, on several complaints a team from Police Station Bahu Fort booked a retired Executive Engineer (X-En) for not getting the police verification of his tenant done.
The booked person was identified as Jagjit Singh alias Kaala (Retd Executive Engineer), a resident of Sector Number 3 Extension, Vasant Vihar, Trikuta Nagar, District Jammu.
It is pertinent to mention here that District Magistrate Jammu has ordered for the police verification of the tenants and despite orders, the booked person failed to get the police verification of his tenant conducted.
A case FIR Number 148/2022 under Section 188 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and further investigation into the case is going on.
