JAMMU, July 2: Zonal Education Officer, Panchari zone, Des Raj, who attained his superannuation on June 30, 2013, was given a warm send off by the ReT Teachers Forum of zone Majalta.
They wished the retiring ZEO a healthy, happy and prosperous post retirement life.
