JAMMU, June 10: Rajiv Gandhi College of Nursing (RGCN), Chak Bhalwal here today organized a blood donation camp at Sub-District Hospital Kot-Bhalwal which was inaugurated by Dr. Gurbaksh Singh, CMO Jammu along with Dr. Sushma Mattoo, BMO Bhalwal and Anjana Bavouria, Director RGCN.
Dr. Gurbaksh Singh highlighted the advantages of blood donation.
In-charge Blood Bank, G.S Jamwal played key role in the collection of blood and its storage.
Anjana Bavouria encouraged and motivated the students for blood donations.
Faculty members of RGCN including Avinash Kumawat, Associate Professor; Rohit Manhas, Nursing Tutor; Clinical Instructors-Komal Dubey, Apurva Bhardwaj, Omar-Bin and Sumair along with Sumit Sharma, IT In-charge were also present in the Camp to help the students to organize the event.
Students of all the courses like M. Sc Nursing, B. Sc Nursing and other paramedical courses participated voluntarily and enthusiastically in the Camp.
