JAMMU, Oct 15: The players of Royal Health Club (RHC) excelled in the 11th Junior, Senior, Master Men, Women and Handicap Inclined Bench Press and Strength Lifting Championships at Indoor Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
RHC bagged 36 medals in different weight categories, with 19 gold, 8 silver and 9 bronze medals. Dinesh was titled ‘Champion of Champions’, while Adil Ashraf Khan claimed the title ‘Highest Total’. The team was trained by coach Suhail Ashraf Khan.
