SAMBA, Dec 25: Rich Harvest School Bari Brahmana celebrated its Annual Sports Day here today.
Anand Jain, Inspector General of Police (IGP), Jammu Zone was chief guest on this occasion while Gulchain Singh Charak, Chairman of SG Dogra foundation & Dogra Educational Trust, head of the Institute Anita Bhatia, Surekha Charak, Chairperson Dogra Educational Trust, Uma Katal- Vice-Chairperson Dogra Educational Trust, Dr Samar Dev Singh Charak- Secretary Dogra Educational Trust and Dr Bela Charak, Principal Dogra Degree College were also present there.
An electrifying march past led by the Head Boy Akhileshwar Singh Charak, Head Girl Jahanvi Singh comprising four house contingents and two NCC contingents received high commendation from the audience. Anita Bhatia presented an Annual Report highlighting the achievements of the students.
The vibrant display of Pencak silat, Skating, Rifle Shooting, Speed Ball, Badminton, BasketBall, Scouts and Guides left the audience awestruck. Cheered by the audience, track and field events were conducted and the winners were honoured with 150 medals and house trophies from the Chief Guest and Guests of Honour.
The NEET qualifiers Sadika, Anshika and Bharti, Junior National Pencak silat Champion, Sharan Aryan were honoured for their achievements. An Annual Newsletter was also released on this occasion.
