Rich Harvest School organizes Investiture Ceremony

JAMMU, July 28: The Students’ Council members for the current academic session were sworn in at an impressive Investiture Ceremony, amidst an air of enthusiasm and anticipation at Rich Harvest School, here today.
The Principal of the School, Anita Bhatia welcomed the chief guest, Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak and guest of honour, SSP Randhir Singh JKP, Police Training Academy, Udhampur.
A melodious house song was presented by class 5th children.
In a solemn ceremony, the chief guest invested the new appointees with their position of authority. Each of the elected members of the Students’ Council took an oath of fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted upon them.
Diya Sharma and Simranjeet were appointed as Head Girl & Head Boy respectively.
The chief guest encouraged the new school leaders to lead with integrity and commitment.
SSP Randhir Singh in his address said that a true leader encourages the hearts of their people to carry on by showing genuine acts of caring, saying kind words and gently encouraging all to push on, because the pot of gold is just at the end of rainbow.
A scintillating dance performance was the next offering on the platter. The vote of thanks was delivered by primary coordinator, Shashi Jamwal. The ceremony culminated with the singing of National Anthem.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary Dogra Educational Trust, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, MD Rich Harvest School, Trustee Ruchi Charak and Principal Anita Bhatia.
