JAMMU, Feb 12: Roots in Kashmir (RIK) held a meeting under the chairmanship of MK Koul, Chairman, Political Affairs Committee.
Addressing the meeting, Koul took serious note of the attempt of the Government in connivance with Relief Commissioners office to force migrate Kashmiri Pandit community from Jammu and other parts of the country to Kashmir.
He said that without addressing the basic concerns of the displaced KP community, KPs reject this deceptive exercise of the Government.
He warned the Government against laying down the trap for Kashmiri Pandits and at the same time reminded the KPs not to fall into the trap, terming the whole exercise as an attempt to divert the attention of KPs from Temples and Shrines Bill.
Vinod Bhat, executive member, Ajay Bhat, Ashok Koul, Sanjay Raina and Rakesh Koul were also present.
