RM College of Management & IT organizes Sports Day

JAMMU, Feb 8: RM College of Management and IT organized Sports Day with fanfare and zeal.
Chairman of RM Charitable and Educational Trust Rameshwar Mengi was the chief guest, who inaugurated the programme in presence of Trustee Reeta Mengi, Principal RM College of Education, Dr PK Dhar, Principal RM Public School Ravinder Kour and Head of Department Prof RS Moza were also present.
Various indoors and outdoors games were organised throughout the day, in which students participated actively. The outdoor games included the Volley Ball, Skipping, Kho-Kho and Tug of War while the indoor games played were Table Tennis, Carrom and Chess.
Rameshwar Mengi encouraged the players during the various other matches.
The volleyball match was played between BBA and BCA, whereas BBA was declared as winner. There were 10 participants in skipping and Mandeep Kour of BBA 1st was declared as First.
In chess Jatin Nanda of BBA part II was declared as the winner, in carom Avneet Kour and Ramandeep Kour declared first in girls team while Harmeet and Sarabjeet declared first in boys team.
In Table Tennis Gagandeep Singh of BCA 3rd got first prize in single while Rahul Singh and Manveer Singh got the first prize in doubles.
The event was organised under the supervision of the sports incharge of the college, Harpreet Kour and Padma Thinles.
