JAMMU, Apr 4: Returning Officer, Jammu-Poonch Constituency, Ajeet Kumar Sahu along with Expenditure Observer, Subhashisha Nath inspected the expenditure registers of all the contesting candidates.
During the inspection, Shadow Observer Register and folder of evidence of each candidate were shown to the Observer.
The candidates who failed to get their Expenditure Registers inspected either personally or through their expenditure agents include, Vijay Kumar, (Aam Mazdoor Kissan Vikas Party), Mehar Manav Bhagat (Independent), Raj Kumar (Independent), Satish Poonchi (Independent), Abdul Majid Chohan (Independent) and Mohd Abbas Khan (Independent).
Out of these the candidates who have failed to get their expenditure registers verified for the second time include Vijay Kumar (Aam Mazdoor Kissan Vikas Party), Mehar Manav Bhagat (Independent), Raj Kumar (Independent), Abdul Majid Chohan (Independent) and Mohd Abbas Khan (Independent) for which Returning Officer has issued notice.
