JAMMU, Nov 13: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Romeo Force has organised a Trekking Expedition from Daraba to Pir Panjal Ranges from November 10 to November 19, 2015 the same was flagged off from Daraba.
The Trekking Expedition will inculcate adventurous spirit in troops participating, team building as also reaching out by the Indian Army to the youth enroute for spreading awareness, about the role and modes of entry into the Indian Armed Forces. The expedition consists of 2 Officer’s, 1 Junior Commissioned Officer and 12 other Ranks. The expedition is a tribute to the Veterans and motivation to current generation and reiterates the fact that the Indian Army will always be the harbinger of Nation’s security. The adventure event along Pir Panjal Ranges and into the Kashmir valley will motivate the youth to take up adventurous activities.
