JAMMU, Mar 22: Rope Skipping Association of Jammu and Kashmir organised 11th J&K-UT Rope Skipping Championship 2022-23 under the slogan of ‘My Youth, My Pride’ at Baby Caters Hall, Rehari, here today.
Around 180 skippers from various districts were participated in the championship. The closing ceremony was chaired by Vikas Gupta, Senior Vice President Judo Association Jammu & Kashmir as well as Joint Secretary J&K Olympic Association, Sandeepan Dutta – Vice President Ju-Jitsu Association of Jammu & Kashmir as Guest of Honours.
Anil Dutta & Manish Chatwal also attended the event as special invitees. The whole championship was technically supervised by Danish Sharma Technical Director, Rope Skipping Association of J&K along with officials Rudrakshit Gupta, Nitish Singh, Jaspreet Kaur, Rishika Sharma, Palak Sharma, Harshita Singh, Daksh Chib & Aapurti Saini. Best Skippers Awards for the session 2023-24 were awarded to Krish Mehra, Ridhika Mehra, Akshara Sharma, Aarna Bhat, Radhika Sharma & Kartik Saini.
