JAMMU, July 22: Rotary Club, Jammu City organised a dental check-up camp at Government High School, Gole, Panjpeer, Talab Tillo, here today.
Eminent Dental Surgeons Dr Rohin Gupta, deputed by Swami Vivekanand Medical Mission, Dr Vijay Lachotra and Dr Ajeet Paul Singh conducted dental check-up of more than 250 students and staff members of the School.
Ravinder Kaul, president and Sunil Kumar Sawhney, secretary of the club, impressed upon the students and staff of the benefits of proper dental care.
The students were asked to create further awareness among their parents, relatives and friends regarding proper dental care.
Mumtaz Begum, Headmistress of the School, thanked Rotary Club for organising the dental check up camp in the school.
All the students were provided with kits of tooth brushes and tooth-pastes free of cost. Rotarian Anil Gupta was the Project Director of the dental check-up camp.
Rotarians Adeep Mehta, Sanjeev Vaid, Sanjay Bansal, Sandeep Berry, Gurdev Singh Sodhi, Robin Mehta, Dr C D Thapa and Sumeet Gandotra, Oral Care Consultant of Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd, were present on the occasion.
