Rotary Club organizes free medical camp for Daksh Hostel students

RAJOURI, Nov 30: In a philanthropic initiative, the Rotary Club Rajouri Grand, led by president Dr Sachin Vaid, organized a free medical checkup camp for students residing in Daksh Hostel Rajouri.
The camp, convened in the presence of other club representatives, aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the students. The students underwent free medical checkups and medicines including immunity boosters were distributed among them.
An awareness session on preventing winter and cold-related illnesses was also conducted to educate the students on necessary precautions. Students were also made aware about importance of regular hand washing and better ways of handwashing besides ways to improve personal hygiene.
Furthermore the importance of de-worming. The hostel management also received medicines for daily use. It was also informed by representatives of Rotary Club Rajouri Grand that a nebulizer will also be provided by the club in hostel for use whenever need arises.
The event was attended by Vinay Kumar, Warden of Daksh Hostel, District President Sewa Bharti Sourabh Gupta Vishu and other dignitaries.
