JAMMU, Mar 2: Rajesh Salhotra and Jai Raj guided RSCC to register superb win over Spartan in the ongoing KPL tournament, being played at KC Sports Club Ground, here today.
Batting first, Spartan CC made 139 by losing eight wickets. From Spartan CC, Ankush Suri made highest 35 runs while Sagar and Slathia contributed some quick-fire runs. From bowling side, Jai Raj was the pick of the bowlers who took three crucial wickets while Kingji bagged two wickets and Rajesh clinched one wicket.
In reply, RSCC chased the target in 14.4 overs by losing only three wickets and thus won the match by seven wickets. Rajesh Salhotra made highest 30 not out runs while Naman, Ashish and Sarthak made 30, 24 and 27 runs respectively.
Jai Raj was declared as man of the match.
