Sagar provides ambulance to SR Gunj, inaugurates Ration Ghar

SRINAGAR, Oct 10: National Conference reiterated its commitment of providing quality health care facilities to the people of the State and impressed upon the authorities to ensure strict compliance to established protocols for health care and other essential services.
While taking a review of the developmental activities in Khanyar constituency, NC general secretary and MLA Khanyar, Ali Mohd Sagar said, ” NC has always been at the forefront of augmenting necessary health care infrastructure in the State. The visionary leadership of Sheikh Mohd Abdullah has left a blue print in health sector for all of us to follow and subsequently emulate. It is these ideals that guide us in our outreach to people of the State.”
On the occasion Sagar provided one new ambulance amounting to Rs 4.18 lakh to SR Gunj Primary Health Centre out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and assured the hospital administration that he will leave no stone un-turned to fully equip the health institutions with all modern facilities and upgraded infrastructure.
Seeking cooperation from all the concerned, Sagar urged everyone to work as a team and help achieve desired results by providing better, efficient and quality health care to people in the area.
Accompanied by officers from health and CAPD department, Sagar later inaugurated Ration Ghar at Shahampora Nowhatta which was constructed with the cost of Rs 4.75 lakh.
NC MLA listened to various public deputations who raised important issues like power and water supply, cleanliness, drainage and sanitation in the area and impressed upon the administration to work in tandem so as to make the lives of people better.
