Sai Shyam Educational Society celebrates Foundation Day

JAMMU, Feb 8: Sai Shyam Educational Society celebrated its Foundation Day here today. Jatinder Singh Ex-Chairman Municipality, Ghou-Manhasan, Jammu was the Chief Guest and Prof. Asha Kitchloo was the Special Guest. Earlier, C. L. Tickoo, Chairman of the Society along with the Principals and faculty members of the Institution welcomed the guests.
The students of the Institutions presented colourful items highlighting the Culture of J & K (UT) in particular and other states of the Country in general. J. N. Bhat Principal of the School welcomed the Guests and gave a detailed introduction of the Institution.
Dr Usha Tickoo Principal of the College threw light on the achievements and future plans of the Institution. She expressed her satisfaction at the presence of a large number of parents on the occasion.
The Chief Guest congratulated the Institution for celebrating its 22nd Foundation Day. He applauded the performance of the students and appreciated the efforts of the Management and Staff for providing qualitative Teacher Education and School Education in the area. Prof. Asha Kitchloo Special Guest also spoke on the Occasion.
A large number of people living in the vicinity of the Institutions also attended the programme. The student achievers in various fields were felicitated by the Chief Guest. Rajinder Kour Senior Lecturer of the College and Janvi of Class 10th Students of the School also spoke on the occasion. The programme was conducted by Maninder Kour and Asha Devi and vote of thanks was presented by H. K. Kichloo.
