JAMMU, Nov 22: Sainik Colony Football Club held Young Heroes Football Club to a (1-1) goal draw in the Senior Division Football League Tournament, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association, District Jammu at GGM Science College Football Ground, here.
Earlier, after a goalless first half, the first goal in the match was scored by Varinder Singh of Sainik Colony Club in the 45th minute of the match. However, Vishal Sharma of Young Heroes scored an equalizer in the 66th minute through penalty kick, to help his ream hold Sainik Colony Club to draw. Both the teams showed excellent defence in the first half and were superb in applying tactics and ploy throughout the match.
The match was officiated by Koushal Sharma, Vijay Kumar, Sanjay and Harmanjeet Singh.
