JAMMU, Dec 8: Sainik Colony Football Club and JKSRTC registered resounding victories over their rivals in the 4th Sher-e-Kashmir Gold Cup Football Tournament, being organized by Youth National Conference, under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association at GGM Science College Football Ground, here today.
In the first match Sainik Colony defeated Young Heroes by four goals to nil (4-0). Niteshwar, Arun, Ankit and Abhishek were the goal scorers in 28th, 41st, 55th and 60th minute of the match.
In another match, JKSRTC defeated Jammu United by two goals to one (2-1), with Sanjeev and Rahul scoring for JKSRTC in 14th and 41st minute, while the solitary goal was scored for Jammu United by Ajay in 61st minute of the match.
In tomorrow’s fixture, J&K Bank Academy will take on Mussa Club at 1:30 pm, while Vijay Club will face JKSRTC at 3 pm.
