Sainik Colony outplays Param FC (4-3)

JAMMU, Nov 28: Sainik Colony Football Club defeated Param FC four goals to three (4-3) in a close contest in the ongoing Senior Division Football League Tournament, organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), District Jammu at GGM Science College Football Ground, here.
Param FC scored the first goal through Arun Nagpal early in 4th minute, which was followed by an equalizer by Sainik Colony through Riteshwar Singh in 8th minute of the match. Ishan Verma pelted another goal for Sainik Colony in 26th minute, which however was equalized by Param FC through Sushil, who netted a superb goal in 35th minute. Ishan Verma scored 2 back to back goals in 42nd and 55th minute for Sainik Colony to give them a decisive lead of (4-2). The lead was reduced by Satnam of Param FC, who scored a goal in 68th minute. Finally, Sainik Colony won the match by (4-3).
Young Rovers will take on NGR in the next match to be played at the same venue tomorrow.
