BHADERWAH, Aug 28: The Wrestling Committee Butla organized a wrestling competition and Kud Mela at village Butla.
Thousands of people gathered and enjoy the said competitive game.
MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar also attended the event and presented Rs 25000 to the Wrestling Committee Butla and also encouraged the residents of the village for their cooperation and brotherhood.
The residents of villages appealed to MLA to support and encourage the young generation for the said wrestling event.
Wrestlers Salman Khan from Udhampur won the first prize of Rs 15000, while the second prize winner was Zulfqar Ali from Padri Bhaderwah, who was awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000.
The bouts were adjudged by Subhash Sharma and Tilak Raj.
In the end, Parveen Jaryal, Chairman of the Committee presented vote of thanks.
Kartar Singh, Arun Uttam, Raman, Ashwani, Bikram Jeet, Rangeel, Subhash Chander, Ram Kumar and Gopal Singh were also present on the occasion.
