SAMBA, Jan 5: Athletics Association held annual meeting of Samba unit wherein various issues pertaining to Association were discussed, here today.
During the meeting, it was decided that Samba District Athletics Meet which was scheduled to be held at Samilpur from January 8 to 9, has been postponed due to COVID infection as well as bad weather. The new dates of the championship will be announced soon, as per handout issued by the Association after the meeting.
The Samba unit also honoured general secretary, Sharat Chander Singh for their contributions for the upliftment of the game.
