SAMBA, Nov 12: Samba Police headed by Inspector Surinder Khadyal, SHO P/S Purmandal under the supervision of Anil Magotra, SSP Samba, succeeded in recovering the kidnapped girl Madhu Devi (name changed) from Katra with the active support of SHO P/S Bhawan.
A case FIR No. 15/2014 U/S 363 RPC was registered at Police Station Purmandal in this regard and also arrested kidnapper Rinku S/o Tulsi Ram Bhagat R/o Jaswal Purmandal, who had kidnapped the said girl after inducing her.
After recovery, both the girl & the kidnapper were brought back to Samba where girl has been medically examined and after completing legal formalities, she was handed over to her legal heirs.
