JAMMU, Dec 6: A meeting of Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI), Jammu unit was held today under the chairmanship of Ravinder Singh, former Director School Education, Jammu in the presence of GR Bhagat, IAS (Retd), President YHAI Jammu. Office bearers of YHAI Jammu unit also attended the meeting.
Agenda of the meeting was to nominate Secretary for YHAI Jammu unit and to discuss the future action plan and activities for next year.
YHAI Jammu unit congratulated newly elected members comprised of Mohd Shafi Pandit, President, Padam Shri SP Varma as State Chairman, JP Singh, Vice President, Mehmood Ahmad Shah, Vice President, KK Gandotra, Vice President, Abdul Majeed Bichoo, State Treasurer, Dr Taran Singh, State Secretary, GD Shahmir, Organising Secretary (Kashmir Province), and Sanjeev Arora Organising Secretary (Jammu Province) in the recently concluded Triennial Election of J&K State Branch of YHAI.
