Sasan criticises Govt for failure to provide succour to Pak firing victims

RS PURA, Jan 24: Gurdeep Singh Sasan, Vice President J&K National Conference flayed the PDP-BJP Govt for its total failure in providing some succour to the Pakistani firing victims in this hour of crisis and disaster.
While addressing border villagers in RS Pura, he said that the Govt has failed to respond to the extraordinary situation on the border, adding that the Govt is silent on the deaths of civilians and no one from higher ups went to console them and have been left at the mercy of God.
There is complete anarchy in the affected areas and there is confusion in administration and leadership and the Govt has totally failed to mitigate the problems of border dwellers.
He castigated both the Central and the State Govt for not constructing bunkers for border residents and also for failing to provide small plots at a safer place and providing the financial help to construct rooms.
Sasan further urged both the Governments to awake form deep slumber and come to the rescue of Pakistan firing victims and provide them immediate adequate compensation.
Daljeet Sharma, District President women wing NC while addressing the gathering expressed serious concern about the pitiable condition of border area people.
Sasan, who is also Chairman Children’s Welfare Society distributed blankets among 400 families on the occasion and assured them full cooperation and help from the Society.
Prominent among others who were present on the occasion included Naresh Gupta, Rakesh Gupta, Rakesh Sharma, City President NC, Shakutla Devi, Kuldeep Kour and Amarjeet Kour.
