Satish slams admn for unemployment crisis

JAMMU, Feb 27: Senior Congress leader, Satish Sharma today alleged that BJP led J&K UT Administration was responsible for grave unemployment crisis in Jammu and Kashmir.
During visit to Chowki Choura, Makada and Mallah area of Akhnoor in district Jammu the Congress leader while interacting with various people and especially youth expressed serious concern over growing unemployment. He alleged that instead of helping educated youth, this Government thrown out many daily rated, contractual and temporary workers and snatched their livelihood.
Satish alleged that the approach of the administration has become Corporate centric and their sole motive is to give benefit to their corporate friends. He said that the sole motive of the Government should be public welfare. He said that with grace of BJP led administration of J&K has topped the unemployment index. He said that the Government should work on addressing the issue of unemployment at war footing as J&K is becoming house of depressed generation.
He further added that the behaviour of administration towards the unemployed youth of shameful, whether it is issue of border battalion, CISF aspirants, NHM employees or the others, the BJP led administration has broken the dreams of youth. He warned the govt to resolve the ongoing employment issues otherwise Congress leaders are going to block the roads against BJP led administration.
The people said that they were feeling like political orphans as no leader from the ruling party cares about them and listens to their grievances. They said they have been betrayed by the BJP leaders as after seeking votes they didn’t even tried to get back to us. They said that unemployment has become a serious problem in the area as educated and skilled youth are jobless, The inclusion of local youth in ongoing development projects is very less and outsiders are being given employment in the ongoing development projects on the Jammu-Poonch highway. Satish assured the people to take up the issues with the concern authorities.
