JAMMU, Nov 23: Independent candidate from Jammu West, Arun Sawhney, today attacked both NC and Congress for plundering public wealth openly and shamelessly.
Addressing a public meeting at Bakshi Nagar, he came heavily on incumbent coalition partners in the State Government regarding their being involved knee deep in corruption and nepotism. He further said that both Congress and NC have plundered public wealth openly and shamelessly.
He alleged that at the time of election, they (Congress and NC) make false promises and after capturing power they vanish for good.
Arun resolved that if elected, he would raise the issue of refugees’ cash package in the Assembly and struggle till the issue is brought to its logical end.
He also attacked the present NDA Government for its flip flop move regarding abrogation of Article 370.
