SBI organizes builders meet

JAMMU, Dec 3: State Bank of India (SBI), Administrative Office, Bahu Plaza, today organized a Builders’ meet to deliberate on various issues regarding promotion of builders tie up with the Bank.
All prominent builders, who are in the line of construction flats and commercial houses participated in the meet and freely exchanged their ideas.
It was revealed in the meet that many new projects around Jammu and Srinagar cities are coming up in the near future.
Daljit Singh, Assistant General Manager, PBBU Chandigarh, elaborated the Bank’s latest instructions to the participants in this regard.
He said, SBI, being pioneer institution in Home Loan Finance, ties up with builders and will pave a long way to provide hassle free finance to the customers, as customers need not to move to Advocates and revenue authorities for getting TIR and Valuations done from outside agencies. The process will reduce drastically turn-around time to sanction loans, he added.
Rajesh Anand, Regional Manager, Region III, emphasized the need for close coordination between builders and bankers to boost the tie up arrangement at an earliest.
AGM Credit, Rakesh Sharma, assured the audience that uninterrupted banking service will be provided to the builders to book the quality business.
Team members from MPST and RASMECCC, Jammu, also gave a detailed view of different Home Loan schemes.
The meet concluded with vote of thanks by chief manager, Hans Raj Hans.
