NEW DELHI: SC reserves order on the issue of initiating contempt and perjury proceedings against BCCI prez Anurag Thakur and secretary Ajay Shirke.
Prima facie we feel that both of them are liable for
contempt and perjury and we are inclined to launch prosecution said SC.
BCCI is obstructing the reforms recommended by the Lodha
panel which were accepted by the apex court says SC.
BCCI says it has serious objection on the name of former
home secretary G K Pillai for appointment as administrator of the board.
SC asks BCCI to give names of persons who can be in the
panel of administrators. (agencies)
