REASI, July 9: A meeting of SC unemployed youth of Reasi was held at Shri Kumar Mandir, here today for discussing the situation arisen out of inter-district recruitment under reserved category.
The meet said that the policy of inter-district recruitment for reserved category was snatching the rights of local SC youth who find it difficult to compete with those from Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts.
The meet appealed the Government to take corrective measures in this regard for safeguarding the rights of downtrodden in backward district.
Those who attended the meeting included Bansi Lal, Des Raj, Deepak Atri, Ajay Salalia, Mohit, Rakesh Meenia, Rampal, Vaneet and others.
