JAMMU, Oct 19: Sehwag Cricket Club (SCC) thrashed Bishnah Cricket Club (BCC) in a friendly T-20 cricket match played at Higher Secondary School (HSS), Bishnah.
Winning the toss, BCC elected to bat first and set a target of 115 runs to win for SCC. Bowlers of BCC bowled exceptionally well and the match was dragged to the last ball of the match. SCC eventually won the match by three wickets.
Man of the match was awarded to Anil Sharma of SCC.
Chief Guest, MK Bhardwaj and guest of honour, Ashok Kumar Dubey, in their addresses called upon the youth of Bishnah and the State to play and participate in games of their choice and interest. They further said that sports enhances the bonding amongst society and instill discipline in life.
