JAMMU, July 30: Scholastic India organized a Storytelling Workshop at the Junior Wing of KC Public School, here today.
Simi Srivastava, Founder Director and master Storyteller was the resource person for the puppet theatre and the Storytelling Workshop.
The Workshop, which was attended by the students of different age groups held the audience spell bound with rapturous delight.
Through her voice modulation, students could relate to each character of the story.
The funny antics of characters regaled the students and the atmosphere was charged with mirth and laughter.
Through the Workshop, the message was conveyed that puppet-play and storytelling can help children open up and talk about their thoughts, worries and everyday problems.
At the end of the stimulating Workshop, the students and the teachers shared moments of collective bonding.
The Headmistress, Sofia Rana thanked the Scholastic India and the resource person for very enriching and invigorating storytelling sessions.
