JAMMU, Dec 15: Science College Football XI registered emphatic win against Kathua Football XI and enters in the next round in the ongoing 4th Christmas Soccer Championship for college students and JK footballers”, which is being played at Science College Football Ground here today.
The tournament is being organized by Christian Sports Organization and Jammu and Kashmir Police Department. The Organizing Committee members included Rajesh Gill, Victor Sotra, Asif Gill, RP Singh, Sunny Gill, Nitu Khokher, Sandeep Manchanda and Raju.
The slogan of the tournament is -‘Be Healthy-Don’t Do Drugs’.
RS Rakwal, SHO Nawabad was the chief guest in today’s match who was introduced with the two participating teams.
Today, match between GGM Science College and Kathua Youth Football XI was played in which GGM Science College Football team registered empathetic win with 4-0 goals.
The first goal scored by Pranav in 2nd minute of the game, second goal was also scored by Amit in 25th minute, third goal scored by Arjun in 38th minute and 4th goal scored by Pardeep in 48th minutes of the game thus won the match by 4-0 goals.
The referees of the match were Harneel Singh, Pardeep Singh, Ranjay Kumar and Mohinder.
