JAMMU, Aug 22: A two day-long Science and Social Science project exhibition was held at Alexander Memorial School, Jammu.
On the opening day, Dr. Kishor Kumar Sharma, Principal, Government Hari Singh Higher Secondary School, Jammu was the chief guest while on the closing ceremony Dr. P.K. Samantaroy, Bishop, Diocese of Amritsar while Chairman, Alexander Memorial School, Jammu, Johnny William (Retd. IGP), President, Alexander Memorial Educational Society, Jammu, Parwez S. Kaul, Director, Tyndale Biscoe and Mallinson Educational Society, Srinagar and Rev. Vijay Kumar, Priest Incharge, St. Paul’s Church, Jammu, and several other members of the Managing Committee were also present.
All the members visited the exhibition in presence of Esther William, Principal and staff members of Alexander Memorial School. The guests asked the questions to students about their Models and appreciated it by encouraging them, and they also appreciated the Project Science and Social Science teachers for helping the students for making models under their able guidance.
The exhibition was well organized as distinct venues were allotted for the different subjects for the displays of projects made by the students.
