JAMMU, Jan 19: The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) here today celebrated its 7th Annual Raising Day.
Meanwhile, NDRF team headed by Deputy Commandant NDRF 7th Battalion at SDRF Headquarters Srinagar also celebrated Annual Raising Day of NDRF which too is celebrated on Jan 19 throughout the country.
B.A Sofi, Commandant SDRF Kashmir took salute on march-past jointly presented by the contingents of SDRF and NDRF.
On this occasion the Commandant highlighted work done by SDRF during the year 2018 which included recent rescue and search operation besides peaceful conduct of Shri Amar Nath Ji Yatra-2018, rescue activities and awareness programmes.
