Security at Srinagar International Airport reviewed

SRINAGAR: Senior officials today reviewed the security at Srinagar International Airport, 10 days after an attack by militants on a BSF camp near the only civilian airport in Kashmir region.
According to a police spokesperson, a security review meeting was held at Srinagar International Airport, which was presided by Inspector General of Police (Security) Alok Kumar.
He said the meeting was attended by the Airport Director, SSP Security (Anti-hijacking) International Airport Srinagar, Commandants of 35 Battalion CRPF, 182 battalion BSF, officials of State police’s intelligence wing, traffic department, Indian Air Force and airlines operating from there.
