JAMMU, Aug 25: The Badminton Association of J&K, in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council, will conduct selection trials for the J&K UT team for the 36th Sub Junior National Badminton Championships-2024. The trials will take place from August 30 to September 1, 2024, at the Badminton Hall, Indoor Sports Complex, M.A. Stadium, Jammu.
The organisers have asked Honorary Secretaries of affiliated District Badminton units to submit entries for their top players by August 28, 8 pm. The draws will be held on August 29, at 5 pm, and matches will commence on August 30 at 10 am sharp. The selection of the J&K UT team will be based primarily on players’ performances during these trials. This initiative aims to prepare a competitive team for the upcoming national championships in Panchkula, Haryana, from September 21 to 26.
