JAMMU, May 22: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Boxing Association is conducting selection trials for the Youth Men and Women National Boxing Championship on 26th May at Boxing arena Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium, Jammu.
Youth Men National Boxing Championship will be held at Gangtok (Sikkim) from 12th to 18th June while Youth Women National Boxing Championship will held at Bhopal from 26th June to 1st July.
Interested boxers of 17 and 18 years (born between 1st January 2005 to 31st December 2006) can participate in the selection trials. They are required to bring record book, original Municipality birth certificate or school leaving certificate or original copy of age verified by the school on their letter head or original mark sheet of 10th/12th standard for Boxing Federation of India’s registration purpose along with Adhaar card (linked with mobile number).
They should also required to carry age estimation certificate, recent HEPATITIS B C and HIV negative test certificate, annual medical certificate as per IBA, four photographs and prescribed entry/registration form duly signed by parents/guardian.
