JAMMU, Feb 9: To pick the players for North Zone National Kabaddi Championship to be held at Himachal Pradesh from February 28 to March 2, 2015, the Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association is holding selection trials from February 11 to February 13, 2015 at 3 pm at Green Field Gandhi Nagar, here.
This was informed by general secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association, Kuldeep Kumar Gupta through handout issued today.
According to a handout, president of the Association, Anil Gupta has directed all the affiliated Districts and Clubs of the State to send their registered players (boys and girls) of State Association for the said trials.
He advised all the registered players of the State to bring their Voter Cards, Aadhar Cards or Passports along with them and said that men below 80 kgs and women below 70 kgs weight categories are eligible for trials which, he said, will be conducted under the supervision of joint secretary, Surinder Mohan Gupta and district secretary, Dinesh Gupta.
