REASI, Feb 24: A Seminar on ‘Save Girl Child’, under civic action segment was organized by District Police Reasi at Govt Middle School Arnas, here.
Around 12 contestants, both male and female, from various schools of Arnas area participated in the Seminar.
Pornima of Class 11th of GHSS Arnas bagged first place, while Ekta Sharma of of the same class and same School clinched 2nd position and Mumtaz Akhter of 7th Class of GMS Arnas claimed 3rd position
The position holders were rewarded by the chief guest, Naresh Kumar, SDM Dharmari, accompanied by guest of honour, Rajesh Padha, BDO Arnas.
Romesh Chander, ZEO Arnas and Surinder Kumar Verma, ZEPO Arnas were the jury members. Zaffar Iqbal Nawaz, SDPO Arnas and Inspector Sanjeev Sharma, SHO P/S Arnas were also present.
The programme was organized by Zaffar Iqbal Nawaz, SDPO Arnas alongwith Inspector Sanjeev Sharma, SHO P/S Arnas, under the supervision of Sanjay Singh Rana, Additional SP Reasi and overall supervision of Sujit Kumar, SSP Reasi.
