JAMMU, Sept 5: Semifinals position has been cleared in the ongoing Junior Snooker, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
In the first semifinal played today, Vipan Malhi defeated Ragun Choudhary 3-1 by 55-39, 40-69, 48-43, 50-42, while the second semifinal was going on between Rohit Choudhary and Manik Sharma when the last reports were received.
Earlier, Rohit Choudhary defeated Ansh Chopra 2-1; Manik Sharma got beter of Samarth Amla 2-1; Vipan Malhi beat Malkeet Singh 2-0 and Manik Sharma prevailed over Abhishek 2-0.
The matches are being played under the supervision of JKBSA members. Vice President and General Secretary of the Association were present on the occasion.
