JAMMU, July 14: Senior Category Billiards and Snooker matches were held in the ongoing 28th Jammu District Billiards and Snooker Championship at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium here today.
The Championship is being organized by The Billiards and Snooker Association J&K under the aegis of J&K Sports Council. The scores of today’s matches remained in the 1st round of Snooker were Devansh Abrol defeating Aavik Sharma by 3-1, Ishan Dogra defeated Kanav by 3-1, Prabhleen Singh defeated Aman Sharma by 3-1, Rohit Choudhary defeated Royal Singh by 3-0, Gurtej Singh defeated Ananya by 3-0, Saksham Gupta defeated Maddy by 3-0, Varun Sethi defeated Hardik Gupta by 3-1, Kuldeep Sharma defeated Tavish by 3-1, Sitanshu Gupta defeated Rajat Sharma by 3-1, Ishuk Chowdhary defeated Veer Singh by 3-1, Gokul defeated Rahul Kapahi by 3-0and Lucky defeated Gurpreet Singh by 3-0.
Almost 75 players have participated in the senior category as players showed huge participation and enthusiasm in the tournament.
