JAMMU, Nov 13: An 18 member squad of JK-UT Senior National Men Hockey team was announced at KK Hakku Stadium Jammu which is going to participate in 13th Hockey India senior national championship schedule to be held in Chennai Tamil Nadu from 17 November to 28 November 2023.
Statement said screening of the hockey team was completed in KK hakku Hockey Stadium Jammu in presence of Divisional Sports Officer, other officials of sports council along with all members of Hockey Jammu and Kashmir.
During the occasion uniforms sponsored by Sports Council were distributed to the team in addition to this hockey Jammu and Kashmir distributed high quality Alfa hockey sticks to these players which are sponsored by Hockey India. The team will depart from Jammu to participate in an event on 16 November 2023 for Chennai and will play their first match against Manipur on 20 November.
