SRINAGAR, June 18:Shaheen sports football Tournament was inaugurated by Station House Officer Police Station Pattan, Mohammad Abdullah Wani at SNW Memorial Ground , Chanderhama Pattan.
The tournament is being organized by Shaheen Sports association Chanderhama. 16 Teams with more than 250 young talented players across the District Baramulla shall take part in the knock out tournament.
The Inaugural Match was Played Between Shaheen Sports Chanderhama and Wani Foot Ball Club Lolipora in which Shaheen Sports Chanderhama defeated the Wani Club, Lolipora with 2-0 in an impressive performance.
Tournament was inaugurated by SHO police station Pattan, Mohammad Abdullah Wani along with Chairmen Auqaf Committee Chanderhama & CNS Bureau Chief North Kashmir Mr. Saleem Yousuf.
At The end of the inaugural match Mohammad Abdullah Wani distributes the trophies among the runner & winner of the match & also peasants cash price to man of the match player.
Managing body of the Shaheen sports association Chanderhama, media persons & hundreds of spectators was also present on the occasion and enjoy the match. It is the 1st tournament in the history of Chanderhama and the peoples of Pattan town hails the managing body of the association to for organizing the tournament in the area.
